The Whistler Angling Club is requesting that participants in the 1998 Whistler Area Fishing Survey turn in their log books. The club decided to conduct this survey last year when it was discovered that due to budget constraints no one at B.C. Fish and Wildlife was looking after area lakes. "We hope to combine the information from the logs kept by local anglers with data submitted by Whistler guide services," says club member Dick Draper. "Hopefully the result will enable us to offer some sound management suggestions based on real data." The logs can be delivered to Tom Cole, 932-3076, Dick Draper, 905-0242 or dropped off at Whistler Backcountry Adventure.
