Fix Fondue Hut

Cozy up in the Fix Fondue Hut with an authentic European style fondue every Monday. At Fix Café, Chef Dean Hossack’s Swiss cheese fondue is made from scratch using Gruyère and Emmental and is served the traditional way with a cup of Kirsch schnapps. Diners can also opt for the ‘fondue chinoises’: a traditional method of cooking meat and vegetables in a hotpot of delicious broth. Three courses include salad, cheese or meat fondue served with sides and a dessert for $39.
