Foodsafe Level 1 

When: Mon., Nov. 19, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 2012
This course is mandatory for all food handlers (cooks, servers and dishwashers). The course focuses on basic microbiology, food contamination, potentially hazardous foods, dishwashing and receiving/storing techniques. Examinations available in Japanese, Chinese, Punjabi, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Spanish and French (please advise on language preference at registration).
