Go Further rescheduled indoors

The Whistler Film Festival has rescheduled its screening of Go Further for Wednesday, Sept. 22, indoors at Village 8 Cinemas.

The Ron Mann documentary, a hit at the 2003 Whistler Film Festival, was part of the summer Reel Alternatives series of films screened outdoors at Lost Lake Park. Go Further was to be the last of the summer movies, however the event was cancelled due to rainy weather in late August.

The film follows actor Woody Harrelson, a renowned environmental activist, as he and an eclectic cast of characters make their way from Seattle to Santa Barbara by bike and hemp-fuelled bus, spreading their message of how to transform the planet through more sustainable living.
