The Whistler Gymnastics Club raised $1,440 in a two-week bottle drive that will go towards the purchase of a new table vault. The club wishes to thank the kids and parents that contributed their time, and the locals who donated their bottles to the effort. Special thanks goes to Moe Joe’s, who contributed their stockpile of bottles to the drive.
The club is still looking for donations from the community for the vault, which is expected to cost around $4,000. To make a donation, contact club program director Tami Ross at 604-938-0033.
