The Hairfarmers opened for Great Big Sea at the Summer Concert Series on Blackcomb a couple of summers ago. They also played the Kokanee Summit Concert in Creston, B.C. in 2000, with Wide Mouth Mason and Econoline Crush.

Reamsbottom keeps live gigs alive at open jam night at the Boot Pub every Thursday night. Locals musicians in and around the valley are encouraged to bring their Fender Stratocaster, banjo, or warmed up vocal chords to this evening of jamming.
