kehoe

Whistler Mountain was the site of a fatal crash for an Olympia, Washington woman on Aug. 16. Forty-four year old Patricia Kehoe was mountain biking on a guided mountain bike tour when she fell uphill into a creek bed and hit her head, RCMP Sergeant Darryl Little said. The accident occurred on a dirt road just below Ptarmigan run at 2:45 p.m. She was wearing a helmet and her bike had been checked by a technician before the descent. Kehoe was evacuated by helicopter to Vancouver. She died in hospital early Saturday morning. Autopsy results have not yet been released.
