The next event is scheduled for Feb. 12, same time and place – 6 p.m. at the base of Blackcomb. Helmets are mandatory, as is the $2 entry fee. Mouthguards are recommended.
As always, participants in each category will be judged by their peers, with the entry fee money being split among the skiers and riders with the greatest number of votes. There is also a wide range of draw prizes for all participants, ranging from Atomic snowboards to Nintendo products. Brian Spere won the Atomic snowboard at the Jan. 29 event.
