The Whistler Food Bank exists to provide assistance to people and families that need help. Food banks are a temporary solution for people who are doing all that they can to become self-supporting. The community of Whistler has a wide range of services available to help people meet their basic needs and people who use the food bank are made aware of these programs. Food is distributed every Monday from the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation Social Services Centre at 1519 Spring Creek Drive 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. WCSS is recruiting food bank volunteers for Mondays, and Farmer's Market Sundays. For more information about donations, volunteering or accessing the food bank please contact foodbank@mywcss.org.
