UBC Economist Dr. John Helliwell will speak at the next Dialogue Café on Thurs. Oct. 14 at the Whistler Chamber boardroom from 12 to 2 p.m. The topic is ‘Globalization, Whistler and Well-being,’ which will look at Whistler’s role in a global economy and the need to always invest in "social capital."
