Millennium Place still has 148 seats available for commemoration in Wilhelmsen Hall.
So far 42 seats have been dedicated with a brass plaque on the right arm.
People have chosen to remember a family member or a loved one, a birth, a marriage or a graduation, among other things.
For $750, the plaque will stay on the seat for its lifetime.
Dianne Diamond, supporter relations for Friends of MY Place, said people can chose to pay in a lump sum or over the course of four years.
The payments are flexible she said.
"(The money is) more to support the growth and development of programs and performances within MY Place," she added.
Donors will get a tax receipt for the full amount.
In addition they will become a Friend of MY Place and get all the benefits that come with that, like special invitations to celebratory functions and behind-the-curtain meeting opportunities with performers.
