Nia Introduction 

When: Mon., Nov. 26, 5:30 p.m. and Fri., Nov. 30, 9:30 a.m. 2012
Nia is a full body conditioning aerobic workout that incorporates the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts designed to create and maintain flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability. These sessions are free introductions for Whistler residents.
