Who: Ali Milner   Local jazz chanteuse croons out originals and classics on grand piano. The EMI recording artist is Whistler’s biggest up and coming star. She recently released her self-titled debut album, and just returned from attending the Juno Awards. Show from 4-7 p.m.

Who: Gnar Boots   Jam with the best at 9 p.m. Après with DJ Buddha.

Who: Dr. Dave   Local guitar man strums out favourites.

Who: Brett Carlson Memorial   Join friends for the heavy metal party celebrating the wild ski spirit of Brett. Starts 9 p.m.

What: Rob Thompson Toe tapping Celtic and rock tunes from the local favourite with vocals as rich as Guinness from 3:30-5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. to midnight.

What: Chocolate Temptation Fashion Show   Shan showcases 2007 line of lingerie and bathing suits at outdoor fashion show after Sam Roberts concert at 8 p.m.

Where: Skier’s Plaza


What: Brave Art Opening   Biggest names in urban, street art come to Whistler from L.a. to New York. Names to look out for include Jesse Reno, Retna, Lauren Javor and Shepard Fairey. Opening includes DJs, drinks and live painting. Show starts 8 p.m. Free admission. Exhibition runs from April 13 to 20.
