Oakley to be vice-principal of WSS

Bev Oakley will take over as vice-principal at Whistler Secondary this summer. She has worked as a teacher in charge, acting vice-principal, and acting administrative assistant in the Howe Sound district for the last several years. Since Aug.

Bev Oakley will take over as vice-principal at Whistler Secondary this summer.

She has worked as a teacher in charge, acting vice-principal, and acting administrative assistant in the Howe Sound district for the last several years. Since Aug. 1, 1998 Oakley has held the vice-principalship for the district with an assignment at Don Ross Secondary (formerly Brackendale Secondary School).

Oakley received her Master of Education from the San Diego State University and Bachelor of Physical Education degree from the University of B.C.
