Learn more about Olympic planning at an open house presented by the Vancouver Organizing Committee on Thursday, Jan. 26.
Community members are invited to come along to the Westin Resort & Spa from 6 to 9 p.m. where they can get updates on the Whistler Sliding Centre, the Nordic Centre, the athletes village as well as marketing initiatives and sports updates.
One portion of the open house will include verbal presentations, the other side will be more interactive and community members will have the chance to ask Vancouver Organizing Committee representatives more in depth questions.
All community members in the Sea to Sky corridor are welcome to come and learn more about the road to the 2010 Olympics.
