Most buildings in the CC1 zone, which is the land in the original development of Whistler Village, currently have less than the maximum gross floor area of developable space allowed.
The proposed bylaw will set a new maximum gross floor area for each building based on its current size.
Each parcel will be able to add on an additional 20 square metres of gross floor area for minor projects.
