What: Comedy Movie Marathon

Where: Village 8 Cinemas

In conjunction with the Comedy in the Sky Whistler comedy festival, a collection of the funniest movies ever made will be screened through the weekend at the Village 8. Kicking things off are Fast Times at Ridgemont High at 7 p.m. and Slap Shot at 9 p.m. Tickets $4 per movie, $15 for an unlimited screenings pass. The creative minds at Absinthe Films host the Canadian premiere of their latest snowboard video, Saturation. Film starts at 10 p.m. Tickets $7 in advance from the Circle, $8 at the door.
