AO: Drinkability and simplicity are number one.

AO: I like a lot of beers. I take them for what they are.

AO: Clean water.

AO: In general, darker beers; something new.

AO: Hot pepper-flavoured beer. It had hot chili flavours in it.

AO: Free beer.

AO: When I realized the perks of the job.

AO: Higher quality micro-breweries.

PQ: Worst trend in brewing?

AO: Light beers; beers that taste like water.

AO: When someone compliments my brew.

PQ: Where would you go to drink beer if you could go anywhere in the world?

AO: Belgium for its variety of beers.

AO: Outside in the sun, on the concrete bar at High Mountain Brewing Company.

AO: Skiing.
