The West Coast Railway Heritage Park in Squamish is celebrating Canada's Railways on Canada Day, July 1.

The West Coast Railway Heritage Park in Squamish is celebrating Canada's Railways on Canada Day, July 1. Admission is by donation and all donations are going to purchase flagpoles to fly the flags of the nations whose people helped build the railways of Canada. Whoopdedoo the clown will be in attendance and will be making balloon animals and doing face painting for the kids. The Beanery will have their barbecue fired up for railroader hamburgers and hotdogs. There will be a Canada Day cake which will be served starting at 12:30. The miniature trains will also be running.
