There was no joy in Mudville on Saturday.

With Brett Rheeder getting set to challenge for the Triple Crown of Slopestyle on Saturday, the heavens opened up over the Red Bull Joyride just two riders into the first round.

Though the clouds moved through fairly quickly, giving way to sunny conditions, Crankworx Events Inc. general manager Darren Kinnaird said in an announcement that the course wouldn't be dried out with a reasonable amount of sunlight remaining.

Kinnaird announced the Joyride was rescheduled to Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. at 10:30 a.m. and will wrap around 2 p.m. The Canadian Open DH will start at 3 p.m.
