Festival Vancouver At Whistler is a new annual festival based on a partnership between the Whistler Arts Council, Millennium Place, Tourism Whistler and the Vancouver Summer Festival Society, the organization that presents the annual Festival Vancouver.

Earlier this year The Vancouver Summer Festival Society, in partnership with the Whistler Arts Council, received $12,000 for Festival Vancouver At Whistler from ArtsNow, a $12 million provincial investment in arts and culture legacies in the years leading up to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver and Whistler. This year’s Whistler lineup also featured Australian vocal group Coco’s Lunch, British jazz pianist Joanna MacGregor and world beat ensemble JouTou.

Tickets for the Rythmo-Synchro show are available through TicketMaster and at Millennium Place. For more information call 604-935-8410 or go online to www.myplacewhistler.org.
