The Whistler Singers will be joining in the Winterstart celebrations next week by performing a variety of seasonal songs in the Village Square.
Everyone is welcome to come along and join in with the carols and other traditional songs on Sunday Dec. 9.
This will be the first of many performances and concerts the local community choir have planned for the winter and spring seasons. Keep your eyes out for concerts at the Westin Hotel Dec. 21, MY Place on Dec. 22 and a Christmas Eve concert at the conference centre on Dec. 24.
The Whistler Singers is a non-auditioned choir and always welcomes new members. Experience is not necessary, just a love of singing.
