Re: “Federal voting must be strategic this October

A vote for Trudeau is a vote for the immigration industry, which in my opinion is wrong. It's a taboo subject in Canadian politics, use the word even and face being labelled a racist. It's a major issue in the UK election currently under way, where many Brits feel their culture is being diluted by excessive immigration. I feel it should be a major issue in our upcoming election as well. In my opinion there has been too much too fast here and traditional Canadians are being overwhelmed by it. It feels like we are selling out our country to the highest bidders, and it feels like a colonization, not assimilation. Canada's immigration per capita is the highest in the world, triple that of the UK. What about our traditional values, ways and culture? Should we be a little more conservative in our approach in this policy area? We are the only Western country where this is a taboo subject, where it is never discussed in election campaigns, and I think we need to honour and value Canadian citizenship by taking a closer look at our goals and objectives in this area of government policy. One thing is certain, a vote for Trudeau is a vote for the flood gates, and yes, these days that mean Jihad against Western Christian values, like them or not. Our country has had a free defence ride with the Americans for so long that very few of us now what it means to fight for our values and freedoms. It's about time that Canadians stand up to protect our values and culture instead of just selling out and complaining about those in this country who do.
