Sp'akw'us bike race crowns its 2019 champions

Riders from Squamish, Coquitlam and Fernie take the top spots

This year's Sp'akw'us bike race has seen the ascent of athletes from Squamish, Coquitlam and Fernie.

With hundreds of riders participating, the annual event has been a flagship Squamish race since the Test of Metal stopped its operations.

The top times are:

Men's overall 50KM Day 1

Patrick McNeely — Brackendale — 2:26:54

Women's overall 50 KM
