PEACEMAKER>>

Based in conjunction with the Children’s Art Festival, Peacemaker is a play about the Red People and Blue People who live in suspicion and mistrust of each other, separated by a wall. When they meet they discover how much they can learn from one another. The Whistler Arts Council presents Peacemaker on Sat. May 29 at 7 p.m. at MY Place. THE CHANGING LIVES OF WHISTLER BLACK BEARS>>

Black Bear Researcher Michael Allen, who has studied Whistler black bears for the past ten years, is giving a multi-media presentation about a bear’s life in Whistler throughout a yearly cycle.
