What: ESCAPE TOCANADA Learn a little about Canada in Escape to Canada — a production by the National Film Board of Canada. The story begins in 2003 when by apparent coincidence, gay marriage and marijuana are legalized on the same day. Check out Whistler’s reggae stars Kostaman and Friends before the show. Tickets are $5/$3.

What: REMEMBRANCE DAY SERVICE The community and visitors are encouraged to attend Whistler’s annual remembrance of those Canadians who lost their lives in defence of our freedom. The Rotary Club will offer refreshments in the fire hall at the end of the service.
