What: SCREENING MAMMOGRAPHY PROGRAM This free service provided by the Ministry of Health will be offered to all eligible B.C. women ages 40 to 79 without a doctor’s referral. Women outside of this age group will also be accepted with a referral. Call 1-800-663-9203 for an appointment.

What: RBC OLYMPIANS EXPERIENCE Whistler is the fourth stop on this five-city tour throughout BC. featuring opportunities to meet Canadian Olympians and Paralympians, ride a snowboard simulator, and view demos of the extraordinary training regimen of our world class athletes. Free for the whole family.

What: TOWN HALL Following an update from the mayor, council members will move between seven tables and participate in round table discussions lasting five minutes each. The mayor and councillors will then cook up hot dogs and hamburgers for those in attendance. Childminding is available. RSVP to info@whistler.ca When: Friday June 8, 3 – 5:30 p.m.

What: ENVIRO-FEST The theme for the sixth annual festival is Sustainability in Action and is geared at celebrating the successes that Whistler-area organizations have brought to the movement. All activities are free.
