What: TURN UP WINTER G.D. Maxwell's Turn Up Winter concert film series presents "Neil Young: Heart of Gold," Jonathan Demme's 2005 documentary about Young's "maybe goodbye" concert. Admission $10, $8 for Club Shred.

What: CBC RADIO FROM WHISTLER CBC Radio will be broadcasting from Whistler Village for a couple of days this week. The Early Edition will be going live from the middle of the Village, asking how to make 2010 the best winter Olympics ever.

What: PEMBERTON WINTERFEST The cornerstone event of Pemberton's winter season. Witness a parade, film festival, winter feast and Much Video Dance Party for the teens. Admission varies depending on the event.
