What: OLIVE TREE CIRCUS - SLIDESHOW OF TRIP TO PALESTINE Sara Jennings presents a slide show of her trip to Palestine with a circus group. See photos from her journey and learn about the Palestinian territories, and enjoy a theatrical performance to wrap up the evening.

What: WHISTLER NATURALISTS BIRD WALK The Whistler Naturalists present their annual bird walk, which aims to count species in the valley such as wood ducks, hummingbirds, chickadees and swallows. The group will meet on the Valley Trail at the bottom of Lorimer Road.

When: Saturday November 7, 8 a.m.

Where: Valley Trail, foot of Lorimer Road

 

What: CINEMA POLITICA PRESENTS TOXIC TRESPASS LUNA's Cinema Politica series presents Toxic Trespass, a film about a documentary filmmaker who launches an investigation after realizing her 10-year-old daughter's blood contains carcinogens like benzene and DDT. Entry by donation.

When: Monday November 9, 6:30 p.m.

Where: Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre

 

What: CORNUCOPIA Whistler's premier food and wine extravaganza is coming to Whistler, so break out that pair of pants that's a size too big and prepare to fill your belly with fine food! What: CORNUCOPIA HOUSE PARTY Cornucopia is being kicked off in true BC style at the ultimate House Party. Wine and dine on the best that B.C. has in gourmet BBQ, microbrewery beer, locally-produced wine and homegrown vodka. Tickets are $35 each, must be 19 or older to attend.
