What: BICYCLE DIARIES BY DAVID BYRNE Whistler Reads presents a study of "Bicycle Diaries" by Talking Heads singer David Byrne. It talks about his journey with a fold-up bike through cities like London, Sydney, Manila, Berlin, San Francisco and Detroit. He kept a diary all the way along.

What: THE CASE OF THE WOMEN'S SKI JUMP TEAM The Whistler Forum for Leadership and Dialogue presents a discussion with Margot Young, a professor of law at UBC, and Ross Clark, lawyer for the ski jumpers. The case has reached a decision but questions remain about gender equity in sports. $10 admission.
