The fair marks National Waste Reduction Week with a pancake breakfast by the Squamish Lions Club! There will be live music through the event and kids will enjoy themselves with face painting and a colouring contest. Bring and leave usable, unwanted items (furniture, appliances, toys, bikes, electronics, wood and garden waste) and take away other people's stuff for free.

The Squamish Baptist Church is celebrating October 31st with their Annual Fall Festival! This is a FREE community wide event geared towards children pre-school through 12 years old (and their parents) offering a fun, safe alternative to Halloween. There will be carnival games, candy, food, crafts and video games. Children and parents are encouraged to dress up in playful costumes but, please no scary attire!
