Mayor Ken Melamed said Monday commitments to purchase have been received for 40 per cent of the units at Cheakamus Crossing, a.k.a. the Olympic athletes’ village.
“The pick up has been absolutely phenomenal,” said Melamed.
“If we continue at this pace, we’ll have most of the 250 units sold by year end.”
