Squamish Classic Run accepting registrations 

The snow may be falling in Whistler, but running season is not quite over yet.

On Sunday, Nov. 21, the Squamish Titans Athletic Club will be hosting its 28 th annual Fall Classic Road Run at Howe Sound Secondary School. There will be 5K and 10K routes for runners, joggers and walkers.

Race day registration gets underway just after 8 a.m. and the run takes place at 9 a.m. You can also register in advance at www.squamishtitans.com/fallclassic.htm before Nov. 18. Forms are also available at Brennan Park Recreation Centre, Eagle Run Coffee Company, Sea to Sky Ocean Sports and Meadow Park Sports Centre in Whistler.

The proceeds from this year’s event will go towards the Angela James Memorial Scholarship to supports a Squamish youth’s post-secondary education.
