A Squamish family was among a group of 13 seriously ill children and their families that came up to Whistler last Friday for some relaxation and recreation through the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation. The groups were brought to Whistler on the Whistler Mountaineer train, then brought to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for ice cream. After that the groups boarded the Whistler gondola for a scavenger hunt outside the Roundhouse Lodge. Briana Butcher, 10, was accompanied by her mother and sister on the trip.
