Stars wanted for Rotary Talent Show

What: 2 nd Annual Rotary Talent Show

Where: MY Place

When: Saturday, May 24, 7 p.m.

In the spirit of American and Canadian Idol, if you’ve got a special talent, Rotary wants you.

The Whistler Rotary Club’s second annual talent show is looking to uncover Whistler’s finest singers, dancers and musicians for great prizes and a potential profile boost. While last year’s event was mostly kids, this year they want everybody. So practice those music pieces, dust off those dancing shoes and get involved for a fun night to benefit the Whistler school system.

This year sees better prizes and bigger judges, with Michele Bush and Scott Roberts hosting. Deadline for entry is the evening of May 21. To register contact Bill Janyk at 604-938-3674 or Matt Souza at 604-938-5222.
