Sundial appoints sales and marketing manager

Camille Keep has 15 years experience in tourism

Whistler’s Sundial Boutique Hotel has appointed Camille Keep to the position of Sales & Marketing Manager in place of Jaime Dunn who is on maternity leave for one year.

With more than 15 years of experience in tourism and hospitality, Keep most recently held the positions of Operations Manager and Revenue Manager with the Delta Whistler Village Suites. Prior to that she was Call Centre Manager at Whistler Lodging Company (formerly Powder Resort Properties).

Keep will work closely with Sundial General Manager Adele Larkin and Sales & Marketing Coordinator Sarah Hill on strategic development and implementation of sales and marketing functions for Sundial Management Inc.

“We are extremely delighted to have Camille as part of our team,” Larkin said in a release. “She is a great addition with a wealth of knowledge on the hotel industry and Whistler Resort. She has the spirit and skills that make our employees stand out and give the Sundial its reputation for outstanding service.”

Consistently ranked one of the top three hotels in Whistler on TripAvisor.com and recently awarded TripAdvisor’s Travelers’ Choice award for “Top 10 Best Hidden Gems–Canada” for 2008, the Sundial Boutique Hotel has a three star rating with AAA, a Sapphire rating with Boutique Hotels & Resorts International and a four peaks rating with Tourism Whistler.

The Sundial combines luxury, location and value in a modern cozy village hotel. It has 49 one- and two-bedroom suites outfitted with gourmet kitchens and deluxe bathrooms. Known for its private hot tub suites, the Sundial also features an in-house spa and Whistler’s only roof top hot tub.
