Teams sought for Racquet Challenge

Can you swing a tennis racquet? Squash racquet? Table tennis paddle?

The Whistler Racquet and Golf Resort is hosting their first ever Racquet Challenge on Nov. 16, with proceeds going towards the Whistler Health Care Centre.

The event is for co-ed teams of three. Two people will play mixed doubles tennis at the Whistler Racquet and Golf Resort, one person plays squash at Meadow Park, and all members play mixed table tennis back at the Resort.

It’s an all-day event that includes prizes and a dinner in the evening.

The cost is $130 per team to enter, and teams can either play in the recreational or non-recreational categories.

You can enter through the Whistler Racquet and Golf Resort at 604-932-1991 or Meadow Park Sports Centre.
