Nanaimo’s up and coming singer-songwriter Allison Crowe will grace the Shack once again with her strong vocals in the Allison Crowe Trio. Since her previous Whistler appearance at this venue Crowe has gone on to record with her trio, play the World Ski and Snowboard Festival 2002, and be picked up by musician Jewel on her "new artists" section of her web site.

Not bad for four months, and time will tell just how far she’ll go.

All hail Caesar on May 7 as a local panel of judges sip the Clamoatoey concoction to determine the best Caesar in town for the fifth year in a row.

Thor and the Thundercats belt it at the mic on May 10 alongside Mimnaugh. Then, on May11 they take the stage to themselves for a repeat performance.

The Whole Damn County play orginals and Pearl Jam ballads on May 12.
