COATS FOR KIDS>>

Winter coats for children of all ages can be dropped off at Dual Mountain Drycleaners, both locations, at Market Pavilion and Function Junction. Coats are accessed by anyone in need through the Re-use It Centre. For more information contact Whistler Community Services at 604-932-0113 or Jane Pratt at 604-935-7500.

COMMUNITY INTERNET CAFÉ>>

At Whistler Secondary Community School, regular hours Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays 6:30-9:30 p.m. and Saturday 1-3 p.m. Low prices for public access: $3 per 30 minutes.

FOOD BANK>>

The Whistler Community Services Society’s food bank is open the first and third Monday of each month. Food bank distribution hours are between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The food bank is located behind Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church, at the bottom of Lorimer Road. Donations are always welcome. For more urgent food bank requirements call 604-932-0113.

KIDSPORT WHISTLER>>

MY YOUTH CENTRE>>

Now open at Maurice Young Millennium Place. Activities include ping pong, pool table, Playstation, Nintendo, Internet access, big screen projection TV, day and overnight trips and tons of other activities. For hours of operation call 935-8410.
