Tyler Heilman Memorial Colloquium Talk 

When: Thu., Nov. 16, 4:15-5:30 p.m. 2017
In this talk, Dr. Dominic Klyve, associate professor of mathematics at Central Washington University, will examine some of the highlights from Leonhard Euler’s lesser-known works, and will draw some insights into the value of interdisciplinary thinking today. He will also tell a few stories of the speaker’s role in creating the online “Euler Archive,” and of Euler's fascinating old books he discovered hiding in libraries.
