The Whistler Adaptive Ski Program (WASP) is making good on its commitment to foster an adaptive snowboarding program in Whistler for disabled athletes.

This Saturday (April 17) WASP will be hosting a learning day complete with lunch, lessons and lift passes to disabled skiers with the sponsorship of WASP, the Disabled Skiers Association of B.C. and Whistler-Blackcomb.

You can register for this introductory event by calling 604-905-2171 or by e-mailing Tyler Mosher at mosher@telus.net or Sian Blyth at sianb@telus.net.

WASP will also supply all of the equipment required by different disabilities.
