The Whistler and Valley Express will chauffeur this years graduating class during Whistler Secondarys dry grad festivities, bringing the students from the ceremony at Spruce Grove to the after-party at Merlins.
Community Youth Outreach Worker Greg McDonnell organized the bus for the evening. Students will also be receiving free bus passes for the night of the grad through GradPass, a B.C. Transit program created in 1988 to keep grads out of cars and prevent drinking and driving incidents.
In Whistler, the program is supported by the municipality and Wave.
