Temperatures in the 20s slowed skiers and riders down in the Sprite Park Rider Series snow cross last weekend, as more than 40 athletes battled their way down the soft course.
It was the final snow cross event of the season, but perfect park conditions kept the numbers lower than usual.
Andrew Selka won the draw prize of an Atomic Don snowboard and Dominic Wardlaw won the Atomic Supercross skis.
The Sprite Series continues in May with a slopestyle competition on May 9 and a rail jam on May 16. Register in advance at any Whistler-Blackcomb Guest Relations or Ski School Sales location, or on event days in the Roundhouse Lodge until 10 a.m.
