It’s some of the best rap and hip hop North America has to offer. Dilated Peoples are taking a break from the studio, where they’re working on the follow-up to The Platform (see article). Production on the new album includes contributions from Ev, Babu, The Alchemist, Joey Chavez and the Beatminerz. And stick around to see DJ Babu rip it up a second time with the Beat Junkies. MC Supernatural will transport you to a higher musical plain.

Slow Nerve Action is a last minute addition to the Kokanee After Dark series. These local funksters will have you up on your feet and gettin’ down. Choclair is one of Canada’s premiere rap artists and makes his return to the resort to play to an intimate crowd in the Upper Village. What better way to start your weekend?

Casual atmosphere for warm conversation and cold beer. Bar staff operate a not-too-loud sound system of rock and roll numbers and the outdoor patio gives patrons the best of both worlds.

For a big place, it sure has a cosy atmosphere. Great bar food and drinks, as well as a big screen TV – all the comforts of home minus the remote control. The bar staff also pump out classic rock and top 40 from the sound system.

This little spot in the village has it all – music, food and drinks – day and night. Great place to spot for watching the local colour.

Down to earth pub but still in that Whistler style. Just a hop, skip and a jump from that brisk walk on the Valley Trail in Whistler Creekside.
