Whistler Gymnasts awarded at year-end show

Whistler Gymnastics held their annual year-end show to a packed house on Sunday.
Rhythmic gymnastics groups from Pemberton joined the club for two hours of performances from the youngest pre-school tumblers to provincial level competitive teams.

The club also handed out awards to gymnasts in various programs for sportsmanship, most improved, and hardest working.

Hardest Worker Award

Aerials – Melissa Vogler

LEAP – Kristina Bell

Provincial – Rebecca Flynn

Other awards included the Best Form Award, which went to Alex Shukker, and the "Hodie Award" presented to the top parent volunteer, which went to Chikako Akama.

The club is competing for the last time this weekend at a meet in Kelowna, and will break for the summer shortly afterwards.
