Proud parents packed the Whistler Secondary School gym on Monday to recognize the efforts of students, coaches and other volunteers.

The categories ranged from service to sports to academics, and were presented to students from Grade 7 to 12.

"It’s not by accident that these people are here tonight," commented principal Ken Davies. "It takes hard work, planning, and dedication. You have to put in the hours."
