The first-ever Wanderlust Whistler will feature a few of the most celebrated yoga teachers in the world.

The first-ever Wanderlust Whistler will feature a few of the most celebrated yoga teachers in the world. Dedicated yogis will already know these folks, but for everyone else, here's a rundown of the three yoga superstars who will be in town this weekend.

These are, of course, not the only celebrated yoga teachers in town this weekend. For information on all yoga instructors, visit whistler.wanderlustfestival.com/lineup.

Baron Baptiste: Founder of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and author of four books, Baptiste helped introduce the term "power yoga" to the American public. Over the past 20 years, he's been instrumental in transforming the face of modern-day yoga by removing the mysticism and New Age overtones while still providing people access to the benefits of the practice.

Sianna Sherman: In 2008, Yoga Journal named her one of 21 young teachers shaping the future of yoga worldwide. She has earned a global following with her Mythic Yoga Flow classes, accessible yet powerful offerings that weave therapeutics, mythology, Tantra and alignment, which "pours mythic consciousness into the embodied art of yoga."

Seane Corn: Corn has been both crucial in developing yoga for modern-day practitioners and an instrumental force in fighting HIV/AIDS. She has been a dedicated champion of YouthAIDS, helping to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the cause. She's also become a popular face of yoga in the U.S., appearing on countless magazine covers.
