Whistler Skating Club athlete Ethan Adanac will compete in the BC Winter Games on Feb. 23, 2024.

Ethan Adanac will represent the Sea to Sky corridor on Friday at the 2024 Lhtako Quesnel BC Winter Games.

A longtime member of the Whistler Skating Club (WSC), Adanac is one of only eight juvenile men in British Columbia to make the cut. He is a former winner of the BC Coast Region's Scott Roberts Memorial Trophy.

Adanac will take to the ice on the evening of Feb. 23, while the Games themselves run from Feb. 22 to 25 with over 1,200 athletes expected to take part . A lack of snow has forced event organizers to cancel on-mountain competitions like alpine skiing, freestyle skiing and snowboarding.
