A gallery, theatre, cafe and chapel in the heart of Brackendale. Running until Feb. 7, the 18 th annual Brackendale Winter Eagle Festival - includes a lecture series, eagle-themed artwork and musical guests. Saturday, Jan. 10 at 8 p.m., the lecture series hosts renowned realist nature artist and conservationist Robert Bateman speaking on "Eagles and Other Flagships." Admission $15 at the door with proceeds donated to the Brackendale Eagle Tower Monument. The gallery is open seven days a week during the festival. Ph: 604-898-3333.
