Are you looking to try your hand at making art?
Arts Whistler has the perfect opportunity for novices and professionals alike to display their work anonymously at one of Whistler's favourite art shows of the year.
The Anonymous Art Show is still accepting art and photo submissions until Feb. 18. You can use your own canvas or pick one up at the Maury Young Arts Centre for $8 while supplies last. (They all have to be eight-inches-by-eight-inches.)
Photographers are also welcome to submit their pieces, with Cutting Edge Signs offering wrapped gallery canvas or cradled wood pane.
Artists can be from anywhere, but must be over 13 years old. The full set of rules is available at artswhistler.com/anonymous, but one is listed in the exhibit's name: keep your piece a secret until the big show!
Drop off or mail your pieces to Arts Whistler by Feb. 18 then get ready for the exhibit, running from March 29 until April 29 at the Maury Young Arts Centre.
